Expertor is the piece nesting system that allows the skilled technician to devote the best possible nesting and that improves the productivity of the Nestor cutting systems.
The user can devote to the leather exploitation completely; during the nesting operation, he fixes the pieces by means of visual helps, that will be transferred to the cutting table.
Integrating Expertor with a Nestor system produces a continuous production cycle: from the nesting table to the cutting without dead times.

The new system for the automatic cutting with knives, specifically conceived for materials in rolls and articles of big size.
It does not require the use of cutting-dies and minimizes the waste of material: the effective cutting dimensions of mm 2480x1040 permit the work in sequence by using 2 rolls of textile, of cm 130 height, simultaneously on the machine.
The new software is rapid and powerful and contains advanced functions for the automatic nesting on textiles and linings in rolls: the nesting is made according to the textile wefts.

Automatic cutting system specifically design for the cutting of textiles.
An high speed oscillating knife perform optimum cutting quality and productivity. This model has a big central vacuum area for textile holding ensuring cutting quality.
The cutting machine is equipped with the new Control Software for auto-nesting of patterns to be cutted.
A large cutting area of mm 2480 x 1040 permits to work in sequence by using 2 rolls of textiles of mm 1300 high.
